  • Compliance with rules: Users must comply with all rules and regulations established by the Owner.

 

Agents 

  • Agent: A person or company that acts as an intermediary between landlords and tenants, using the platform to list and manage properties.
  • Owner: Person who advertises properties for rent on the website.
  • tenant: Person who rents a property through the website.

  

Agent Responsibilities 

  • Accuracy of Information: The agent must ensure that all information provided about properties is accurate and up to date.
  • Communication: The agent must respond promptly to questions from owners and tenants and facilitate communication between the parties.  

 

Advertisements and Reservations
